4 medium russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin fries, about 1/4 inch thick. Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, which helps in achieving crispiness.

    Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
