4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Fresh lemon juice (for drizzling, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and dried oregano. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

      Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, making sure not to cut all the way through.

        Stuff the Chicken: Divide the spinach and feta mixture equally among the chicken breasts. Gently press the opening to ensure the filling stays inside.

          Sear the Chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the stuffed chicken breasts and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

            Add Cheese and Bake: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken breasts. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
