1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 pound Italian sausage, casing removed

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.

    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the Italian sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

      Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

        Assemble the Crescents: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of the creamy sausage mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough over the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling to the point, to form a crescent shape. Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.

          Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

            Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm as a delicious appetizer or snack.
