Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy, as preferred)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until smooth and well-blended. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Blend the Berries: In a separate bowl, mash half of the mixed berries with a fork to release their juices. Leave the other half whole for texture. If you prefer a smoother berry flavor, you can blend them completely.

Combine: Gently fold the mashed berries into the yogurt mixture until just combined. Add in the whole berries, creating small pockets of fruit throughout the yogurt mix.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. If desired, you can swirl in some extra mashed berries for a marbled effect.

Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they are secure.

Freeze: Cover the molds with their lids, if they have one, or with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull out the popsicles and enjoy immediately. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
