Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Rice

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Arborio rice (for creaminess)

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

        Add Rice: Stir in the Arborio rice and cook for about 2 minutes, allowing it to toast slightly with the onions and garlic.
