2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 cups fresh spinach, washed and trimmed

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
