2 (15.25 oz) packages of Mint Oreo cookies

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the Cream Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until fully integrated and fluffy.

    Prepare the Oreos: Take one package of Mint Oreos and separate the cream from the cookies. Place the cookies aside, you'll be using them for layering.

      Assemble the Cake Base: In a rectangular or square baking dish, start by laying a single layer of the Mint Oreo cookies flat on the bottom. You can dip them briefly in milk for added moisture if you prefer a softer texture.
