1 cup white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions
 

Melt the Dark Chocolate:

    In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips using a double boiler method. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until fully melted.

      Prepare the Baking Sheet:

        Line a baking sheet (approximately 11x17 inches) with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

          Spread the Dark Chocolate:

            Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, creating a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Place it in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes until slightly set but not completely hard.

              Melt the White Chocolate:

                  Swirl the White Chocolate:
