Ingredients

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup finely crushed cinnamon graham crackers (or crushed churro cereal)

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons melted butter (for dipping option)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the vanilla Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Shape the Bites: Using a small spoon or cookie scoop, portion out the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray. Shape each dollop into a small round bite, about 1 inch in diameter.

Coat the Bites: In a separate shallow dish, mix the granulated sugar with the crushed cinnamon graham crackers (or churro cereal). Once all the yogurt bites are shaped, roll each bite in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.

Freeze: Place the baking tray with the coated yogurt bites in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until they are firm.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the churro-style yogurt bites from the tray and transfer them to an airtight container. For a warm touch, you can serve them with melted butter for dipping!

Store: Any leftovers should be stored in the freezer in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
