1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

For the Cookie Dough Filling:

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), softened

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

Mini chocolate chips (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Brownie Base:

    - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

      - In a medium saucepan, melt the 1 cup of unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

        - Whisk in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

          - In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually pour the dry ingredients into the butter-sugar mixture, stirring until just combined.

            - Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan.

              Make the Cookie Dough Filling:

                - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.

                  - Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined. Slowly add the all-purpose flour, mixing until the dough forms.

                    - Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.

                      - Once the brownies are completely cooled, crumble them into a large mixing bowl.

                        Assemble the Bombs:

                          - Take 1 tablespoon of the crumbled brownie mixture and flatten it in your hand.

                            - Place 1 tablespoon of cookie dough filling in the center and fold the brownie mixture around it, forming a ball. Repeat until all dough is used.

                              - Place the brownie bombs onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

                                Prepare the Ganache Topping:

                                  - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until melted and smooth.

                                    - Once the brownie bombs have set, dip them individually into the warm ganache to coat. Place them back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.

                                      Garnish and Set:

                                        - While the ganache is still wet, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each brownie bomb for garnish.

                                          - Let the ganache set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate briefly to speed up the process.

                                            Serve and Enjoy:

                                              - Once set, transfer the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs to a serving platter and enjoy! Perfect for parties or a sweet treat at home.
