2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (can use rotisserie chicken)

3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté the Broccoli: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli and sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until it turns bright green. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Remove from heat.

        Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and allow to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

          Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, and half of the Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Mix well to ensure everything is coated in the sauce.

            Assemble the Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese over the top.

              Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
