4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

1/4 cup melted butter (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Peach Layer: In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches with half of the granulated sugar (1/4 cup) and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Toss gently to coat the peaches evenly. Set aside to macerate for about 10 minutes.

      Make the Cheese Mixture: In another mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, sour cream, remaining sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend until smooth and creamy.

        Assemble the Casserole: In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread half of the peach mixture on the bottom. Then, pour half of the cheese mixture over the peaches. Repeat the layers with the remaining peaches and cheese mixture.

          Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined. Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

            Bake the Casserole: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.

              Cool and Serve: Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired before serving.
