Ingredients

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

½ cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 package (1 lb) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Olive oil, for brushing

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, mozzarella cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Set aside.

Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.

Fill the Dough: Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.

Roll the Dough: Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log, ensuring the filling stays inside. Pinch the seams to seal the roll.

Slice the Rolls: Use a sharp knife to cut the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces. Place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with Oil: Lightly brush the tops of the pizza rolls with olive oil for a golden finish. If desired, sprinkle a little extra garlic powder on top for flavor.

Bake the Rolls: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the pizza rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and fresh parsley, if using. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing or buffalo sauce for dipping.
