Ingredients

For the Buffalo Chicken:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for desired heat)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Biscuit Sliders:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

3/4 cup milk

For Assembly:

Additional ranch dressing for drizzling

Celery sticks, for garnish (optional)

Green onions, sliced for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Buffalo Chicken:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

      Make the Biscuit Dough:

        - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

          - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

            - Add the cold cubed butter to the flour mixture. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, work the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.

              - Pour in the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

                Shape the Biscuits:

                  - Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times until it comes together. Pat the dough into about 1-inch thickness.

                    - Using a round biscuit cutter or a glass, cut out biscuits and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

                      Bake the Biscuits:

                        - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

                          Assemble the Sliders:

                            - Slice each biscuit horizontally in half. On the bottom half, pile a generous spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture.

                              - Drizzle additional ranch dressing on top of the chicken, then place the top half of the biscuit back on.

                                Serve:

                                  - Arrange the sliders on a serving platter, garnished with celery sticks and sliced green onions if desired. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Buffalo Chicken and Ranch Biscuit Sliders!
