Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

12 slider buns

1 cup coleslaw (optional)

Pickles (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: In a slow cooker, place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Season them with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Mix the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar until combined.

Combine: Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.

Shred the Chicken: Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker, mixing it with the sauce to absorb all the flavors.

Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half and fill each with a generous amount of the BBQ pulled chicken. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw if desired, and add pickles for an extra crunch.

Serve: Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve warm, either as a main dish or at your next gathering!
