2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup pimento cheese (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup diced green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

    Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, pimento cheese, cream cheese, red bell pepper, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a large flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon about 1/4 of the chicken and pimento cheese mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
