Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lemon (zested and juiced)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with non-stick spray.

Season the Salmon: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Coat the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the lemon herb mixture generously over each fillet.

Add Asparagus: Arrange the trimmed asparagus around the salmon. Drizzle with any remaining lemon herb mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender yet crisp.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices, and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
