Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

8 oz deli-sliced turkey breast

4 slices of crispy bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 large tomato, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: pickle slices for added crunch

Instructions

Prepare the Wraps: Start by laying the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. If you prefer a warm tortilla, you can lightly toast them on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Mix well and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Layer the Ingredients: Spread a thin layer of the sauce over each tortilla. Start layering by adding a handful of chopped romaine lettuce, followed by turkey slices, crumbled bacon, tomato slices, avocado slices, and finally a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.

Wrap it Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Ensure the ingredients are tightly packed to prevent spilling.

Slice and Serve: Use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half diagonally. Secure with toothpicks if necessary and arrange on a plate. Serve with pickle slices on the side for an extra crunch.
