1 can (16 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

2 medium apples (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled, cored, and diced

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1/4 cup raisins (optional)

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup cream cheese (optional, for a creamier texture)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or butter.

    Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls: Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters and place them into the prepared baking dish.
