Ingredients

12 large jumbo pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Olive oil spray

Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Shells: Carefully stuff each cooled jumbo shell with the cheese mixture, using a spoon or piping bag for easy filling.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

Arrange the Stuffed Shells: Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each one. If your air fryer is smaller, you may need to do this in batches.

Air Fry the Shells: Lightly spray the tops of the stuffed shells with olive oil spray. Air fry them at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy on the outside.

Serve: Carefully remove the stuffed pasta poppers from the air fryer and place them on a serving platter. Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
