1 lb ground chicken

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (plus more for garnish)

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated

Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red bell pepper, water chestnuts, green onions, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

    Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes. This step ensures the chicken cooks evenly and develops a lovely golden color.

      Cook the Chicken: Divide the chicken mixture into small balls (about 1.5 tablespoons each) and place them in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are spaced out properly to allow for even cooking. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

        Air Fry the Chicken: Air fry the chicken balls for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for optimal browning.

          Assemble the Wraps: While the chicken is cooking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Once the chicken is done, take it out of the air fryer and let it cool slightly.
