1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cherry pie filling (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Pinch of salt
